Welcome to Rush Open San Diego, where excellence takes the field. Set on the iconic Southern California coast, this event delivers a world-class youth soccer experience in one of the nation’s most vibrant cities.


From elite competition to premier facilities, every detail is designed to match the highest standard of the game. More than just a tournament, Rush Open San Diego offers families the perfect blend of top-level soccer and a destination city known for its beaches, culture, and energy.

Pricing & Format

Each team is guaranteed 3 matches. The exact format of play, including group and knockout stages, will be determined based on the number of teams that register.

  • U9 - U10

    Roster Size: 14

    Game Play: 7v7, 25min halves

    Registration Fee: $1,050

  • U11 - U12

    Roster Size: 15

    Game Play: 9v9, 30min halves

    Registration Fee: $1,150


  • U13 - U19

    Roster Size: 18

    Game Play: 11v11, 35min halves

    Registration Fee: $1,350

Are you a Rush player without a team?

Are you a Rush player looking to attend the tournament but don't have a team? Register as an individual and be placed on a team of other individuals or on a team that is in need of extra players.


Rush Select scouts will be in attendance to identify and evaluate players for future Rush Select events and opportunities.

The Surf Sports Park (formerly San Diego Polo Fields) is located in Del Mar, CA. From Interstate 5 take the Via De La Valle exit. Go East on Via De La Valle. 2.8 miles down the road you will see the entrance to the sports park off of Via De La Valle.

– Hotels –

This is a Stay & Play event. All teams must adhere to the tournament housing policy. Hotel reservations cannot be made until your team has received official acceptance into the event. Any team traveling from more than 80 miles away from Surf Sports Park in Del Mar, CA is required to book all accommodations through Athlete Travel’s booking system and must book a minimum of 8 room nights.


Use of Airbnb, independent booking services, or outside hotel platforms is strictly prohibited. Teams that do not comply with this policy will be subject to disqualification. Please note, there is no opt-out option, so be sure you understand and agree to this policy prior to submitting your application.
